Did you know? Every administrative district in Kaohsiung City has its own environmental volunteer team🦺, and these volunteer teams are divided into different categories~

They not only keep Kaohsiung clean and tidy🚮, but also actively lead the community to participate in various environmental protection activities🏃‍♂️, promote solidarity and mutual assistance among residents🤝, and care for each other🙏.

Every year, the Kaohsiung City Environmental Protection Bureau cooperates with the central government to organize various large and small environmental protection related activities, such as: Environmental Cleaning Week, River Patrol, Mountain and Beach Cleaning Activities, Volunteer Heroes Gathering, etc.🏆. We also hold exchange meetings and capacity building training to strengthen professional knowledge exchange and learning among volunteers👩‍💼. A volunteer recognition conference will be held at the end of the year to commend the hard work and efforts of environmental volunteers.
