1. The Social Affairs Bureau forwarded the letter to the Taiwan Volunteer Service International Exchange Association to organize a Taiwan delegation to participate in the "27th International Association of Volunteers (IAVE) World Annual Conference."
2. The annual meeting is hosted by the International Volunteer Association and the Busan Volunteer Service Center. It will be held from October 22 to 25, 2014 at the Busan International Exhibition and Convention Center in South Korea. The theme is "People Power: Creating a Sustainable Future through Volunteer Service." In order to organize a Taiwan delegation, public and private sector volunteer service-related units, academic groups, youth groups and volunteers are invited to participate.
3. Each unit is requested to evaluate and send personnel to attend the meeting and inform the volunteer service utilization unit under its jurisdiction of the registration information.
