💝Environmental protection volunteer contact report, effective promotion of environmental policies💝
The Kaohsiung City Environmental Protection Bureau held four "Kaohsiung City Government Environmental Protection Bureau Environmental Protection Volunteer Contact Reports" in July 2014, aiming to promote exchanges and cooperation among environmental protection volunteers. During the meeting, each department promoted and disseminated information on environmental protection business, and discussed how to make the environmental protection volunteer system more sound, so that each volunteer could understand the difficulties faced by each department in implementation.
In order to facilitate the participation of volunteers from various regions and avoid long-distance travel for volunteers, the Environmental Protection Bureau held a total of 4 liaison meetings in 📌Fengshan District, 📌Qishan District, 📌Gushan District and 📌Gangshan District. This year's meeting was hosted by Kaohsiung City Environmental Protection Bureau ✅ Deputy Director Kao Zongyong, ✅ Chief Xu's Secretary Jinchun, and ✅ Department of General Statistics Lin Jizheng Mingfeng. Relevant departments and environmental volunteer teams were invited to participate in the meeting to discuss in depth environmental protection operations, policy directions and implementation difficulties, and to strengthen communication and cooperation between the government and volunteers.
In addition to the discussion at the meeting, the Environmental Protection Bureau also took this opportunity to commend the outstanding squadrons and teams of environmental volunteers in 2013 and the volunteers who received silver and bronze medals, thanking them for their efforts to allow citizens to enjoy a clean and tidy city. In addition, a flag-raising ceremony for the new team in 2013 was held, and we look forward to the new team joining us to work together for the environment.
Deputy Director Gao of the Kaohsiung City Environmental Protection Bureau expressed his gratitude to the volunteer friends for their enthusiastic participation in the meeting and discussion, which not only helped to understand the needs of each volunteer team, but also promoted the improvement of Kaohsiung City's environmental protection volunteer system. As the quality of people's basic livelihood improves, environmental protection issues are receiving more and more attention. "Protecting the environment" is not only the responsibility of the government and volunteers, but also the common mission of all citizens. We look forward to more volunteers with a passion for service joining us to create a good community environment!
