Purpose: The Volunteer General Association of the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Association) has established this plan to implement the "Volunteer Service Act", promote the spirit of volunteer service, set a benchmark for volunteer service, and promote the concept of "one volunteer, the whole family volunteers" and "one day volunteer, lifelong volunteer", and to commend families who have made outstanding contributions to volunteer service and individuals who have made long-term service and dedication.
