In order to commend the award-winning units and volunteers of the "114th Environmental Volunteer Squadron and Team Evaluation and Outstanding Environmental Volunteer Selection Program" and the "114th Outstanding Environmental Volunteer Honor Badge Award Implementation Plan", the commendation ceremony will set a model benchmark, enhance the volunteers' sense of honor, gather centripetal force, promote the virtues of volunteer service, and stimulate service enthusiasm, thereby encouraging citizens to participate in environmental protection work.

The Bureau will hold the "113th Anniversary Honorary Environmental Protection Volunteer Recognition Ceremony" from 10:00 am to 1:50 pm on December 7, 2014 (Saturday) at the 5th floor of the Kaohsiung Lin Palace (No. 99, Bo'ai 2nd Road, Gushan District, Kaohsiung City).
