This letter is forwarded to the Volunteer Service Association of the Republic of China to organize the "28th Volunteer Service Model 'Golden Camel Award' Selection". The award's service years and hours are calculated from January 22, 2001 to May 31, 2015, with a total of more than 15 years of service and more than 3,000 hours of service. Relevant information will be posted on the Environmental Volunteer Network at the same time.

According to the above selection guidelines, volunteers who meet the qualifications of candidates and candidate standards should be recommended to participate in the election. From June 1 to June 30, 2015, please submit 12 copies of the Candidate Recommendation Form (1 original and 11 copies) and 1 copy of the candidate's related information (check in order according to the requirements of Section 8, Item 2 of the Selection Guidelines, no letter required) and send them by registered mail to the Volunteer Service Association of the Republic of China, address: 11F, No. 140, Section 1, Zhongxiao East Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City.
