The Kaohsiung City Government Environmental Protection Bureau held the "Let's Clean Up the Beach Together, Let's Protect the Environment" autumn beach cleanup event on October 23rd at Keziliao Beach in Ziguan District. Approximately 600 people, including representatives from businesses, schools, community groups, coastal patrol volunteers, environmental volunteers, and enthusiastic citizens, gathered to protect the beauty of Kaohsiung's coastline.

This beach cleanup not only involved removing trash but also included a "Beach Cleanup Weighing Competition," adding fun and challenge to the environmental action. Participating teams competed amidst sweat and laughter, ultimately removing approximately 230 kilograms of coastal waste, including about 154 kilograms of general waste and about 76 kilograms of recyclables – a remarkable achievement!
