• Event Background: To recognize the active promotion of environmental education by municipal government agencies, private enterprises, NGOs, communities, and individuals, the "Kaohsiung City Environmental Education Award" recipients will be awarded for their contributions to environmental education.

In conjunction with International Volunteer Day, outstanding volunteer teams and individuals will be selected based on the "2025 Environmental Volunteer Team and Squad Evaluation and Outstanding Environmental Volunteer Selection Plan" and the "2025 Outstanding Environmental Volunteer Honor Badge Award Implementation Plan." The award ceremony aims to enhance volunteers' sense of honor, strengthen team cohesion, promote the virtues of volunteer service, and inspire enthusiasm for service, encouraging citizens to participate in environmental protection work. The "Kaohsiung City Environmental Education Award and Outstanding Environmental Volunteer Award Ceremony" is scheduled to be held on December 6th, 2025 (Saturday) at the Linhuang Temple in Kaohsiung.
