📣 【115 Environmental Volunteer Welfare Incentive Subsidy Program】

Subsidy Types:

1. Performance-Based Volunteer Service Competition Subsidy
2. Application-Based Subsidy for Supporting Cleaning Teams in Environmental Maintenance

1. Eligible Applicants

Environmental volunteer squads that meet the following criteria:

• Volunteer insurance completed by May 30, Year 115
• Affiliated with district volunteer brigades

The following are NOT eligible:

• Environmental education volunteer teams
• Coastal patrol volunteer teams
• Water environment patrol volunteer teams
• Land patrol volunteer teams
• Maintenance volunteer teams

2. Subsidy Categories

(1) Performance-Based Volunteer Service Competition Subsidy (Total: NT$830,000)

Evaluation based on overall team performance:

Evaluation Criteria:

• Service capacity (50%)
• Volunteer handbook issuance rate (20%)
• Number of volunteers (30%)

Subsidy Amounts:

• NT$9,000 (7 teams)
• NT$7,000 (31 teams)
• NT$5,000 (110 teams)

Evaluation Period: Jan 1 – Aug 31, Year 115
Submission Deadline: Sep 15, Year 115
Announcement (Expected): October, Year 115

👉 Teams with over 200 service instances must submit one month of actual attendance sign-in sheets for verification.

Eligible Expense Items Include:

• Cleaning tools (brooms, tongs, gloves, etc.)
• Meal expenses (up to NT$140 per person per meal; sign-in sheet required)

(2) Application-Based Subsidy for Supporting Cleaning Teams (Total: NT$370,000)

Volunteer deployment arranged by district brigades based on actual needs:

Service Types:

• Environmental cleaning (e.g., leaf sweeping, cleanup of dirty areas)
• Administrative district activities (environmental promotion, event support)

Subsidy Principles:

• Funds allocated into 5 groups based on the number of squads in each district
• Each squad is subsidized for one activity in principle

Letter of Intent Deadline: July 14, Year 115
Results Submission Deadline: November 20, Year 115

4. Notes

• Required documents include project reports, sign-in sheets, and reimbursement materials
• Any expenses exceeding the subsidy amount must be covered by the team
