【Implementation Plan for the 115 Volunteer Service Information System Operation Training Course】
1. Purpose
To implement the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s policy on promoting the Volunteer Service Information Integration System, enhance the completeness of data management among volunteer service organizations, and strengthen personnel familiarity with system operations, this training course is organized to assist all units in effectively using both the “MOHW Volunteer Service Information Integration System” and the “Kaohsiung Environmental Volunteer Exclusive Website,” thereby improving volunteer service management efficiency.
2. Date, Time, and Venue
(1) Session 1 (Morning Session)
- Date: May 22, Year 115 (Friday)
- Time: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Venue: Computer Lab C403, Open University of Kaohsiung
(4F, No. 438, Daye North Rd., Xiaogang District, Kaohsiung City)
(2) Session 2 (Afternoon Session)
- Date: May 22, Year 115 (Friday)
- Time: 01:30 PM – 05:00 PM
- Venue: Same as above
3. Participants and Capacity
(1) Eligible Participants:
Personnel from environmental volunteer brigades and squads in Kaohsiung City (priority given to brigade coordinators; each brigade may assign one squad volunteer to attend).
(2) Capacity:
Limited to 40 participants per session. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis until full.

5. Course Content
(1) MOHW Volunteer Service Information Integration System – Practical Operation:
- Maintenance of volunteer basic information
- Entry of training records and service hours
- Online application for service record booklets and honor cards
- Operation of the awards and recognition module
- Data import and export functions
(2) Kaohsiung Environmental Volunteer Exclusive Website – Practical Operation:
- Event initiation and management
- Exporting achievement data
- Creating event highlights/content
- Data import and export functions
6. Notes
- Please ensure that your organization’s account and password for the MOHW Volunteer Service Information Integration System are functional before the course.
- Please prepare relevant practice materials (e.g., volunteer basic data, training records, service hours, record booklets, etc.).
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the computer lab. Food and beverages must be placed outside the classroom.
- Please bring your own stationery and reusable cup. These will not be provided.
- In case of natural disasters, classes will follow government announcements for suspension of work and school; make-up sessions will be notified separately.
- Any matters not covered in this plan may be revised and announced as needed.
