Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1

Chapter II Competent Authorities
Article 4

Chapter 4 Rights and Obligations of Volunteers

Volunteers should have the following rights:

2. Treat all persons equally and respect their freedom, dignity, privacy and beliefs.
3. Ensure that work is performed under appropriate safety and health conditions based on the nature and characteristics of the work.
4. Obtain complete information about the services provided.
5. Participate in the formulation, design, implementation and evaluation of volunteer service projects.
Article 15
Volunteers should have the following obligations:
1. Comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics.
2. Comply with the regulations established by the volunteer service utilization unit.
3. Participate in the education and training provided by the volunteer service utilization unit.
4. Proper use of the volunteer service certificate.
5. When providing services, the rights of those being served should be respected.
6. Keep confidential the information obtained or learned through the services.
7. Refuse to collect compensation from those receiving services.
8. Properly preserve the available resources provided by the volunteer service utilization unit.
The code of ethics stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the central competent authority in consultation with relevant agencies.
Chapter 5 Measures to Promote Voluntary Service
