-Honor Badge Application Qualifications:
-Gold Honor Badge: Any environmental volunteer registered by the Environmental Protection Bureau who has continuously participated in Kaohsiung City's environmental protection volunteer service for a total of more than 1,250 hours will be awarded a Kaohsiung City Environmental Volunteer Gold Honor Badge and a certificate.
-Silver Honor Badge: Any environmental volunteer registered by the Environmental Protection Bureau who has continuously participated in Kaohsiung City's environmental protection volunteer service for more than 1,000 hours will be awarded a Kaohsiung City Environmental Volunteer Silver Honor Badge and a certificate.
-Bronze Honor Badge: Any environmental volunteer registered by the Environmental Protection Bureau who has participated in Kaohsiung City's environmental protection volunteer service for more than 500 hours will be awarded a Kaohsiung City Environmental Volunteer Bronze Honor Badge and a certificate.
-Service performance calculation: The service hours required for application are calculated from January 22, 2001 to May 31, 2015.

-Selection Method:
-Qualified environmental volunteers must complete the application form and submit it to the Environmental Volunteer Team for preliminary review before 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2025 (Thursday). The Environmental Volunteer Team will complete the preliminary review and submit it to the Environmental Volunteer Team (General Planning Department) before 5:00 p.m. on August 29, 2025 (Friday). Applications submitted after the deadline or without all the necessary documents will not be accepted.
-The date of insurance application and the hours registered in the volunteer service record book will be used for recognition. If you hold a service record book from another department, the date of the special training class at the Environmental Protection Bureau will be used as the starting date.
-For awards of the same level, each person is limited to receiving the award once, and those who meet the service hours requirements for each level in the same year should choose to apply for one. Those who have already received an award with a higher number of service hours may not apply for an award with a lower number of service hours.
-In order to facilitate the award-winning process, if the applicant has not yet received this award, it is recommended that the applicant apply for the bronze award in order.

-Required documents for award application:
-Supporting documents for service hours: either the service hours registered in the volunteer service record book or the service hours generated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's volunteer service information integration system.
-Kaohsiung City Environmental Protection Volunteer Honor Badge Application List: Please be sure to have the Environmental Protection Volunteer Squadron compile the electronic file of the volunteer team that you are applying for, and provide the Excel file to the email address: petcp11376@gmail.com), and please call (07-7351279, Mr. Yang or Ms. Zhang Jian) ​​to confirm whether the file has been received.
