According to the Social Affairs Bureau's letter No. 11433238400 from the Kaohsiung City Government on April 11, 2015 and Articles 6, 10, and 11 of the city's Volunteer Service Award Regulations: Volunteers in this city who have accumulated more than 500 hours of service and hold a Volunteer Service Performance Certificate may apply for the Volunteer Service Award; the award content is: those who have served for 500 hours, 1,000 hours, and 1,250 hours or more may be awarded a bronze, silver, or gold medal and a certificate for volunteer service, respectively.

2. The calculation of volunteer service hours for this (113) year is from January 22, 2001 to April 30, 2015.

3. Please ask each environmental volunteer team to notify and assist the volunteers in each team to apply.
