To recognize volunteers in this city for their long-term dedication to service, those who have accumulated 500 or more service hours and hold a Volunteer Service Performance Certificate are eligible to apply for the Volunteer Service Awards. Awards will be presented based on service hours, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals, along with certificates.

Volunteers with accumulated service hours of 500, 1,000, and 1,250 or more
may apply for Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals respectively.

From January 22, 2001 to April 30, 2026

📌 Application Deadline
Please submit all application documents by June 12, 2026

Complete the required documents (Performance Certificate, Achievement Record Form, Application List, and supporting materials)
Submit the electronic files to the designated email address first; after confirmation, submit the official documents.
